How Does It Work?

How to operate your BackReliever:

1. Before wearing the decompression belt, it is recommended to loosen any existing leather belt.

2. Clip the hand pump onto the air valve of the belt, and then inflate the belt by pumping the pump.

3. When the belt is fully inflated, the pump will make a sound of air leakage. Stop pumping and remove the pump.

4. Initially, it is recommended to wear the belt for 30 to 60 minutes at a time. If no side effects or undue pain are experienced, you can gradually increase the usage duration.

5. After getting accustomed to the traction belt, you can wear it for as long as you feel comfortable.

6. To deflate the belt, use the release key that comes with the belt and ensure the belt is fully deflated.

It's important to note that the proper way to use it is to wrap it around between your lower rib cage and hip, right around your lower back.

IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind that the BackReliever is a natural solution designed for slow but steady healing. It is certainly NOT a "quick fix". A vast majority of customers report the most noticeable results in their back pain and sciatica after 8-11 days of regular use.

It is highly recommended that you use your BackReliever daily for a minimum of 30 minutes, and be patient with the results.

Slowly but surely, the BackReliever can help support your lower back which may be weakened from years of sitting, and promotes the flow of new blood and nutrients into damaged discs and nerves.
